Lifelock has always been there to let…

Lifelock has always been there to let me know when anything changes with my financial accounts. I haven't had anything specifically in the last few months but they are always on the ball when anything does occur.

I actually love your product but the…

I actually love your product but the ability to get help for this old lady when I have an issue is extremely hard. Problems adding a bank account and continually getting Error 412 is worrisome. Also I cannot email anyone regarding this problem which has been going on for a week.

horrible experiences with your company, not renewing

You folks charged me and a few months later when I tried to log in, you said i was not a member. I asked for a refund. Your call center refused to refund my money, and then tried to claim that they had sent me instructions on how to convert to a new web location, but I could not find it, as I had no emails during that time.

This is a very shoddy business practice to refuse to give a customer their money back for not receiving any provided services. Hence my discontinuing any renewals.

Secondly, I had turned off my "auto-renewal" only to find that somehow, it got turned back on again, so I had to turn it off, once again. Horrible business practices!!

Quiet protection

LifeLock is usually so "quiet" that we forget it's there. It's easy to take for granted the protection that we depend on from LifeLock. Our experience has been that LifeLock does everything they promise to do.

Concerned when you set up service

Concerned when you set up service, Life-lock asks you to consolidate all of your info and send it to them. While their servers are up to date and protected, it doesn’t mean yours is - thus giving anyone who already has access to your system the ability to get a ‘shopping list’ in a nice consolidated form. Seems like they could retrieve all your account info based on your SS# and other info lifelock already has.

Is LifeLock a scam or a legit company?

It's both. 1) Their product is legit 2) They fight you when you try to cancel your membership. I was conned into keeping my membership when I called today. I had to call back and fight until I won, and they finally complied with my request.
